Our Residential Senior Move Coordinator serves as the central project manager for individuals and families relocating their homes.

The SMC handles all logistics, scheduling, and vendor communication to ensure a stress-free transition, acting as the primary point of contact between the client and moving crews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Communication: Serve as the dedicated point of contact, updating clients on packing, loading, and delivery status.

Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate moving dates, assign moving crews, and arrange transportation for household goods.

Vendor Management: Book and oversee third-party service providers such as moving companies, cleaning crews, and storage facilities.

Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot any on-site issues, such as weight overages, damaged items, or scheduling delays.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate moving inventories, paperwork, and billing/invoice records.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Organization: Strong project management and spatial planning skills to ensure all client belongings are tracked and efficiently placed.

Customer Service: High emotional intelligence, patience, and professional communication to ease the natural stress of relocation.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and implement quick, practical solutions when unforeseen logistical issues arise.
